The decision-making heart of the Federation
The Assembly represents the highest moment of participation and discussion within the Federation. It is composed of representatives appointed by each member association, who collectively cast one vote for each member of their organization.
This collegial body plays a strategic role in guiding the Federation’s activities through its core functions:
- Setting policy guidelines: it addresses issues of general importance for the profession, establishing the Federation’s lines of action;
- Elect the statutory bodies: appoint the President, the two Vice-Presidents, the members of the Executive Board, as well as the members of the Boards of Auditors and of Arbitrators;
- Approving financial documents: it reviews and decides on the provisional and final budgets, as well as the moral and financial reports presented by the Board of Directors;
- Taking significant decisions: it rules on all matters provided for by the Statute and by law, as well as on those included on the agenda.
The Assembly is therefore the forum where the collective will of the members is expressed and where the future of Italian customs representation is shaped with a shared vision.
