itflag L’ Anasped è la federazione italiana delle associazioni territorialmente localizzate di doganalisti (spedizionieri doganali). Rappresenta in Italia il più importante organismo associativo per questa categoria. E’ strutturata con un organo di rappresentanza federale, l’ Assemblea, con a capo un presidente federale, uno o  più vicepresidenti ed un segretario generale. L’ organo esecutivo che provvede alla organizzazione, esecuzione e messa in atto del deliberato federale è il Consiglio Direttivo, formato da 13 membri e coordinato da un Presidente ed un vicepresidente, un segretario ed un tesoriere.

La Federazione ha per scopo l’intervento nelle questioni d’indole generale riguardanti gli spedizionieri doganali ed in particolare si propone di:

a) rappresentare la categoria in sede nazionale presso enti, autorità ed amministrazioni pubbliche e private; di studiare e risolvere i problemi comunque riguardanti la categoria e di curare l’applicazione delle risoluzioni adottate;

b) valorizzare le funzioni e l’opera professionale degli spedizionieri doganali promuovendo e coordinando le attività tendenti a conseguire l’adeguato assetto giuridico della categoria e di realizzare gli istituti per l’ordinamento e la disciplina della professione;

c) promuovere e mantenere in sede nazionale ed internazionale rapporti ed intese con uffici, enti o associazioni interessanti direttamente o indirettamente la categoria;

d) provvedere alla nomina o designazione di rappresentanti della categoria in tutti gli enti ed organismi a carattere nazionale in cui tale rappresentanza sia prevista dalle leggi e dai regolamenti o sia richiesta od ammessa;

e) esercitare tutte quelle altre funzioni che siano ad essa demandate dalla legge, regolamenti o disposizioni delle autorità competenti.

Si ricorda che in Italia la professione di doganalista è disciplinata  secondo quanto disposto dalla legge 1612 del 22.12.1960 e successive modificazioni ed integrazioni, costituita in un ordine professionale, il Consiglio Nazionale degli Spedizionieri Doganali che cura la formazione dei doganalisti e la loro rappresentanza presso le istituzioni.

It is structured with a federal representative body, the Federation Council, headed by a president, one or more vice-chairmen and a secretary general. The Federal Executive Council, consisting of 13 members, coordinated by a president and vice-chairman, a secretary and a treasurer, provides the organization, execution and implementation of the Federal Executive Council deliberations.

The Federation aims to intervene in matters of a general nature concerning customs agents and in particular aims to:

a)  represent the category at national institutions, authorities and government and private sectors, to study and solve problems anyway related to the category and for the enforcement of the adopted resolutions;

b)  enhance the functions and work of customs brokers by promoting and coordinating activities aimed at achieving the proper legal framework for the category and create institutes for ordering and discipline the profession; ;

c) promote and maintain national and international relationships and agreements with departments, organizations or associations directly or indirectly interesting category;

d) provide for the appointment or designation of representatives in all national institutions and bodies,  as such representation is provided by the laws and regulations or is required or allowed;

e) exercise all other functions that are delegated to it by law, regulations or orders of competent authorities;

It is recalled that in Italy the profession of customs brokers shall be governed in accordance with Act 1612 of 22.12.1960 and subsequent amendments thereto, consisting in a professional association, the National Council of Customs Agents who care training of customs agents and their representation at institutions .
